Mahindra launches XEV9e, BEV6e electric cars
Mahindra has expanded its electric vehicle lineup with the launch of the BE 6e and XEV 9e. The BE 6e is priced at Rs 18.90 lakh, and the XEV 9e at Rs 21.90 lakh (both ex-showroom Chennai).

Both models are packed with advanced features:
- Wide Cinemascope Display: A 100cm screen integrates the instrument console and infotainment system.
- Comfort & Convenience: Digital cockpit, ambient lighting, smart air purifier, sunroof, UV-protected windshield, roof glass, and side glass.
- Premium Audio: 16-speaker system by Harman Kardon.

- Side and frontal crash protection.
- Seven airbags and emergency locking reactor.
- ADAS Level-2 safety features and all-wheel disc brakes.

- The cars include drive-assist technology, connected car features, HD streaming, and multi-display setups. Drivers can choose between three driving modes: Range, Everyday, and Race.

- Platform: Built on INGLO Electric Origin Architecture.
- Acceleration: BE 6e goes from 0-100 km/h in 6.7 seconds; XEV 9e in 6.8 seconds.
- Battery: 79 kWh LFP battery offering 500+ km real-world range.
- Charging: DC fast charging achieves 20-80% in just 20 minutes.

- Boot space: 663 liters.
- Deliveries to start between February 25 and March 25, 2025.
